Please help me find modem drivers!!!

Friend gave me a 33.6 modem. Win 98 recognizes it as an Avid 33.6 fax/voice/modem. I can't find drivers for this thing on the net anywhere! It has a PCtel chip PCT288-IA (9548). It also has the model number:
GW-PCT28141
and an FCC ID:
MTQGW-PCT28141

According to PCtel's website this is a goldenway brand modem, but goldenway's website is practically non-existent. I couldn't find any generic drivers at pctel. Does anybody have this modem or could give me generic drivers or anything? Thanks a lot! Oh, I also checked at windrivers.com and couldn't find anything.
