This mb has onboard vga, an 8x agp connector, sound, and Lan. When I insert the mb driver cd that came with the board, a "browse cd" and an "exit " icon appear but no setup icon as indicated in the docs. The cd has several vga drivers and 1 agp driver; I tried installing everyone of them but I get an error. I need the driver for the on board vga but the manual doesn't say what chipset it is. How can I get the correct drivers for this board without waiting for Pcchips to reply to my email. I want to finish this computer for my daughter for Christmas. i also tried their website but they only have an AGP driver. Thanks everyone.

Quote from the board's manual, chapter 1, "Introduction":

"This motherboard has the SiS741/SiS 741GX Northbridge and SiS963L Southbridge"

OK. I am at the PCChips website. Does the agp driver support the onboard vga? There aren't any IDE drivers here.

IDE drivers aren't needed, Microsoft's own is doing all you need. AGP drivers are drivers for the AGP port. The VGA driver goes on top of that. (In Windows XP SP2, you do _not_ install the chipset vendor's AGP driver!)

Just go to www.sis.com download area, and pick up all the _latest_ drivers for the chipset's various components (UniVGA3, 741 AGP if applicable, 7012 sound, 900 LAN).
