I have a soyo kt333 motherboard that the agp slot supports 2x / 4x/ and pro. I was thinking about gettint the powercolor 9600 pro R96-C3G model video card. It shows it has AGP 4x / 8x . Since my motherboard only supports 2x/ 4x/ and pro will I be able to get the full potential from the new video card? What is the difference from a 4x board or video card as opposed to 8x board or video card. Thanks for replys.

well in the real world very little difference exist between the 4x and 8x cards. The 9600 should run just fine, as it not one of the fastest cards out there. You are going to notice very little difference between a card installed in an 8x system and one installed in a 4x one. Enjoy
