Mouse scroller goin nuts!

I bet im not gunna get a single reply to this, but here I go. I just got my new Logitech Mouseman Wheel (Love it...its awesome) and Sometimes when I scroll, itll scroll about 8 lines instead of the 3 i set it to.. This can even happen in one window and not the next..even when thier at the same page! im running win98 with the drivers that came with the Mouseman Wheel. Kinda bugs me outta my mind..never had these problems with the intellimouse. I wonder if is the mouse or somthing else...

I don't know what the problem here is Edge, but I remeber from way back, that the Wheel mouse must absolutely have the latest drivers installed to work right. If you didn't get it with the hardware, as I recall, Logitec will charge you for the latest driver. It was awhile back so...

The other thing I recall, is that you're using TweakUI. Could be the scroll setting there are messing with your WheelMouse.
