Can anyone help please :

Purchased a BenQ LCD 19" FP931, connected it up but within 30 mins screen went blank and cannot get it to work now.Power light is still green,seems like backlight has failed,as i can just about see images if i get really close to screen.

Any ideas ?

Grab purchase bill, return to shop.

This is a replacement,my original FP931 lasted 2 hours before it did exactly the same thing.

Then have it replaced again. Or demand your money back.
