how to delete the icon in control panel

Get a program called "TWEAK UI".
If you have the WIN98 disk its on that.
Just remember there is a version for WIN95 and a different one for WIN98.

look for the *.cpl file that was not removed during the uninstall and rename it... or look in control.ini and delete the line that references it.

i installed a program call windowblind and after serveral day of using i decide to uninstall it but after rebooting my system the windowblind icon is in my control panel folder, there is nothing i can do to remove the icon right click it it give me two choice "open" and "creat a shortcut" when i try open nothing happen. So pls tell me how to remove this icon off my control panel folder. Thanks
