Using Parsons Technology Screen Shot but want to uninstall it. Usual method of uninstalling won't do it and keeps giving me
message "close application first". Unfortunately, can't find any way to close this app. Have been trying for one month to
get answer from Parsons/TLC.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can close/un-
install this thing? Any/all help will be
greatly appreciated...

directions and had no problem uninstalling
the "thing". More importantly, I learned

If your using Win98; and the Parsons app is listed under the StartUp tab of msconfig (accessed from Start/Run, type: msconfig), uncheck the box(es) related to the app and resart the system. You should be able to uninstall the thing..
