Anytime I try to ADD NEW HARDWARE or install 80% of new software my PC locks. New Motherboard / Celeron 300a in an Overclocked or None Overclocked State.
It GPF's with an MSGSRV32.EXE

EFA Motherboard BX6...tried just HD and VID card ...asme thing. Tried Format, Low Level Format, Different HD, Different Vid Card. NO DICE. Please Help

When you get that message, does it list what module the error is located in?
