I`m stumped

I just got one of those free web pages from geocities. I`ve uploaded some pics on it without any problems, but I am trying to add a .mp3 file for background music and every time it tells me that it cant save it because it has to start with a letter or something??? This has completely flew by me for some reason. I`m using their page builder and it has a program for background music but I cant seem to make it work. Any ideas?

It does not upload, or it does not play? The program for background music only playes .wav and .mid files.

I can upload a wav file from my computer to the file manager.It`s in the main directory with all my other files, pics ect..but when I click on the add background music icon, it gives me a window with a file list to choose from, there is NO files in that window.
