Yes you can delete them, they are just windows backup files. That's alot of backup files though!!!!

I'm attempting to xcopy my 8.4GB drive to a larger drive. while copying I saw over 300 "OPENGL32.001 through .300+ !!!
Whats going on here? These files are all the same date and are aprox 700KB! I was wondering why my Windows directory was so big!
Can I delete them?
