You will also have to change your power switch to a momentary push button, and as Roy pointed out you must have the cutouts on the back of the case for the serial, parallel, PS/2 mouse and keyboard, USB and whatever I/O that is mounted to the motherboard
Most power switches can be converted by removing the snap-holding pin from the plastic mechanism, so they wont stay in after pressed. Then you will have to put a inline type plastic connector on the wires from it and connect it to the motherboards power switch pin connections. The switch should be totally disconnected from the power supply.
Then as said already, it must allow the MB to fit.
I have a tower case I'm going to modify for this also.

I am going to buy an Abit BE6 or BH6 motherboard very soon. I am currently using an AT case and power supply for my motherboard. Could I just buy an ATX power supply, replace the AT with it, and mount my Abit into the case I already have? The motherboard tray has holes for the ATX motherboard, and the case is a mid-tower.
As long as there is the proper cutout for the ATX form factor mobo, it's a go. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/smile.gif
Give some thought to the MicroStar MS-6163 (v.2 here soon). It will leave the others in the dust. Review at overclock.digiweb.com/ (http://overclock.digiweb.com/) . Slightly different info at MSI Japan ~ www.msi-jp.com/intro/6199.htm (http://www.msi-jp.com/intro/6199.htm) ~ same board, wrong number(?) Correct number MS6163 VER2 can be seen in the photo between PCI slots. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/biggrin.gif
