Hi,
My PC runs Windows XP. It always has a message: System low on Virtual Memory.
I read about virtual memory and tried to correct the problem as suggested by XP help, and several websites' advice.
I've followed the directions exactly as written, but they don't seem to work. Every single time I go in to increase the virtual memory, it acts as though it has taken the change, but when I restart my PC, it's as if nothing has changed at all! The error message comes up again at startup.
What do you suggest? Thanks!
