I think I am going to order the game Links 2003 as it got good reviews and I have played a previous edition and liked this series the best....

For a good golf game with add-ons and online play it seems a good deal for what i can get it for ..( cheap );)

TW 2005 is far superior IMHO. It is full 3d. Links is 2d.

One of the most fun I've had in a golf game was for the original NES, Lee Trevino's Fighting Golf. Here's a screenshot.

I'm a Links 2003 man myself.

Have went with the series for many years and have quite a collection of courses (over 50). The game comes with a convertor so u can convert your old courses to work in 2003.

The previous post is correct in that it is 2d although the golfers them selves are 3d.

Most links players have been waiting for an upgrade for ages but the big M have said nothing so far.
If you can get Links 2003 for budget price go for it, you'll get a good game with a still vibrant online golf tour

I have played the Tiger woods series maybe only in demo and I did like it alot ...a little more 3D and lifelike...but for all the courses and extras and just user friendly interface and style..I like the MS series...the best still...and the fact that you can add alot more courses and everything ....it seems good enogh for me..

Just want some good leisure gme to play for something different,and since i played alot of golf growing up..I am a bit more akin to this kind of sports game...

If I can get the option of changing the character from Sergio to one of my choosing then I would prefer that also....

TW 2005 must be the best, i have TW 2004 and it is very good, you should be able to get a copy of TW 2004 for about $20 now...
