I think it cuz majority of ppl owna ps2, not sayin there aren't alot of xbox owners, but there are alot more ps2 owners.
The ps2 is still a very capable machine i figure. If capcom could push equal or greater graphics than the gamecubes RE4, they could prolly breath new life into the ps2, never know they may have an ace up their sleeve.. maybe they finally mastered the ps2's hardware.. ;) :t

Gamecube is barely staying afloat and if it expects to do any better it will have to find some strong support like Capcom.
