Looking for forums on training ...

I do a lot of training in-house for our staff. Primarily, I train on use of computers, software, and similar. I've been training in-house folks and customers for about 10 years now. But, some of my ideas for keeping everyone interested, awake, and generally raring to go are waining.

Can anyone tell me if there are any discussion forums or similar communities dedicated to Training? I'm looking for fresh ideas to keep folks motivated while in class ... goofy quizes, funny puzzles, something that stirs their interest for a moment during little breaks to stretch the ol' legs.

I here you guys!! LOL !

Trust me .. this is an uphill battle for me! As I am the ONLY IT guy in the entire agency of more than 150 employees. There is only 2 or 3 other folks who can even troubleshoot their S!%!$#% printer problems let alone anything else.
