System Blues (Motherboard)

Need help in getting this motherboard to POST. I have a Rhino 20+ (AT/ATX) board with an AMD K-6 266 CPU. No beeps, no video no nothing. I have triple checked the jumpers and they are right. I have swapped RAM and disabled everything but the video, still nothing. OCTEK makes the board and to tell you the truth, I think I just got a bad one. Please help if you have any ideas.

double check the power supply, connections, and all the jumpers - which I am sure you have already done -

please give more details and history - did the board work in another system? CPU?

Do you have an ISA video card you can put in there? It might work.... at least you might get some video. Sorry, no other idea.

Make sure the CPU is seated correctly and pin one is lined up. The same thing happed to a previous person, Check past posts on this board.
