Boot up memory tests

my pc used to only test the memory once during boot up. Then i fiddled a bit :-(
now it tests through 3 times
any ideas???

you disabled quick test in the bios... that is what caused this...

jokostel is correct, you should reenable quick power on self test, there are a few other things you can fix in the bios as well, set it to boot off c drive first, and diasble floppy seeking on bootup, and on some boards you can even fix the memory where it doesnt check it at all, but just throws the total on the screen.. http://www.sysopt.com/forum/wink.gif
