I have to put the 2 cards on a K6II-350 Sis motherboard with Win98, I put one of those and fine it goes to irq 11 but when I put the other it doesn't even run windows, it stops load in the startup screen... the two cards trys to use the same irq (11)and it does not allows me to change it says I can not change that it's automatic. What can I do? Plz help it's urgent.

Have you tried swapping them around in different slots, this should change the assigned IRQ.

Yes, I did it not work... when i put the two cards together it not starts win98. it freeze...

Yes, I did it all I desabled the com2 port, do not have any other card pluged, it's all free I just have the sound onboard... I have the irq 3,11 and 12 free but the card only want to be instaled on irq 11... I tryed everything and it's not working.

Do you have a FREE IRQ for the other card to use? If you are out of IRQ's then you are pretty much done!

If you are not using your USB or one of your COM ports you can disable them and free up some IRQ's
