I saw a reference on another post that sugested that there is a benefit to the AGP buss by installing the USB drivers, even if they are not being used. If this is true, could someone shed some light on this, also if it also applies to boards with built in AGP.

If you are using a super7 sytem then yes,USB is almost a must for AGP slot performance.
As for a p2 system I am not real sure but I don't think it makes a big difference.Can't hurt to try it though,unless you are short on IRQ's that is.
