Give us more info like "what happens when you try to send?" The Lodge 10-12-2004, 09:53 AM Maybe your admin has it locked down like a prison. Is it you can’t get any email, or email from your buddies? soyescobar 10-12-2004, 11:44 AM It's an account that I will use only for that job, so it's not locked. There are 3 computers in that office and the other 2 can send and receive e-mail using outlook, my computer can send the emails but not receive. I tested sending an email from another account to my account for the job, the email is not returned but I never get it in my outlook. I remember that in the settings I used POP 3, the same setting that the other 2 computers used. SysOpt.com
