I folks, going to get either water cooling or a 6800 gt or x800 vivo what do you think I should do?

system

A64 3500+ clocked at 2400
Asus A8v Deluxe wifi
2 x 512 pc3200 ddr
108 dvd-r
abit 5900 clocked at 424/910
coolermaster wavemaster case

I go for either the X800 or the 6800 GT. Can't really go wrong with either card and either will be a much bigger jump than WCing will allow.

Agreed. Either one of the video cards will give a much better performance boost than getting wet.

your system is bottlenecked by the video card. even if you can overclock higher with water, the video card would hold you back. get either one.
