Taskbar/Toolbar problem

I've lost my Quick Launch icons and Taskbar/Toolbar/Menu abilities. The right-click Taskbar/Toolbar/Menu items are all dimmed. Drag 'n' drop onto Toolbar doesn't work.

The icons within the QLaunch folder are operational.
I did an SFC for corrupt/changed files - no files came up.

The system tray is fine, and the "opened windows" buttons appear on the Taskbar; other than that, I can't access Taskbar/Toolbar menu items, QLaunch.

In TweakUI, IE4.01 tab, I unchecked things in there...will untweak when I get home and see.

are you talking about right clicking on the taskbar and go to toolbar and u cannot put a check on quick launch??

Jin, yes.

Address, Links, Desktop, QuickLaunch, New Toolbar - all dimmed.

~~EDIT: TweakUI/IE4. Checked the boxes for Active Desktop enabled, Allow changes to Active Desktop, IE4 enabled.

The Toolbar menu and Quick Launch are restored.
