My internet swap file area may be too small.
How does one adjust the size of it? Is 2 megs too small? Where would I go to do this?

The question you should be asking "how do I adjust my internet cache file for xxxxxxxxx browser?" where the x's are either Netscape or IE 4.x+.

Anyways heres a solution for both.

For IE:

In your control panel click on internet tools. On the general tab Look for Temporary internet files click settings. On the next window adjust the slider bar for around 10-50 Megs I use 200 MBS at work for fast page reload.

For Netscape:

Open netscape. Click edit. Pick Preferences. on the next screen select the advance choice. Click on Cache. Now you have 2 choices here Memory and Hard disk. What ever you choose use this formula X * 1024 = Value to enter.( example: 64MB * 1024 = 65536 KB.

Let me know if this helps 64 is a good size.

P.S. If you want to increase internet speed even more check into a good web accellarator here's the one I use. WWW.WEB3000.com. Look for Netsonic v1.02. Works better than broswer cache. Also set the values in the broswers to 0.0MB to elimate unnecessary extra cache files.
