OfficeXP tries to load on startup...

I'm running WindowsXP SP1. Within the last week, Office XP starts to try to install on startup. What is the cause of this and how can it be fixed?

Try removing any instances of Office in the startup folder, and when you run msconfig, remove office from the startup tab.
