Problem with Temporal AA in OGL?

with my 9800 pro the following problem pops up.

I play COD with Temporal AA enabled, the screen freezes.

I play D3 with Temporal AA enabled, the screen freezes.

I guess I will try Farcry with temporal AA to confirm if it is a OGL problem, or a possible feature problem.

D3 won't use temporal as it is capped at 60 and it needs to be 60+ FPS for temporal to be used. What drivers are you using as I'm sure this would have been reported by now.

Coarse, this is the unpatched COD. I'll patch it and see if it makes a difference.

I'm running unpatched as well, though I wouldn't think temporal would be covered in the patch as it's now an "old" game per se.

I'll give it a run right now and see if I get any errors - same drivers as you as well.
