I have 17 machines that were prebuilt with the celeron socket370 to a slocket adapter that fits into the slot1 on a p2 board.The problem is periodically the slocket adapter will lose its seating in the slot and the machine quits booting.
I am looking for some type of holddown bracket to keep the slocket in place.Does anyone know where I might be able to obtain these? I have seen a wedge style that fits into the p2 upright brackets on the board that seems to do a good job of holding the adapter in place but I have not been able to find anyone that carries them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
