I didn't realize half life isn't going to have a deathmatch game like the first one... That was the only reason i was going to buy it. Now im just gonna borrow it and play the single player and then uninstall it. What a disappointment to me.

To me, CS is enough of a multiplayer part of HL2, not having a deathmatch won't affect me either way...

i'll prolly go for the silver or the gold, depending on how much they are :)

Of course, through steam, i wont be buying the retail copy

That being said, i'm sure it won't take long for the mod community to come out with a deathmatch addon.

Well the gold gives you a lot more than that collectors edition and that is $80 so just a guess would be around $100.

You could probably get the Gold and sell the tshirt, stickers and other stuff on ebay and make all your money back.
