It may be as simple as using the wrong Write Speed for either
the Drive or the Media you decided to burn it to. Try a Slower
Speed ... If you intend to share this CD with others it is always
best to record at the Slowest Speed to insure Read Compatability
with someone else's cd drives

You might also want to check for Driver updates for the CD Drive
