I have P2 connector on my SLENCER 275 ATX power supply. What do I use it for?

Some of the better designed boards will have a secondary power connector available, as well as the better made power supplies.
If your board has this, use it. Both ATX connector and P2. When the board needs more power for it's devices, it calls on the secondary connection to supply it. It can also be used to connect a second power supply unit to a board that has this connection. I know AMI, SuperMicro and Intel supply this connector on their boards. Tyan has it on some of theirs.
