Bios Setup Guide

Anyone have a good site that explains how to setup your bios/cmos? It has been a long time since I built a computer and I dont rember much about setting up a bios. I looked at the bios guide at this site but it seems a little outdated. I am going to be seting up a Asus K8V SE DELUXE Motherboard with the VIA K8T800 chipset, and a athlon 64 2800.

Well, I reformated my drives and reinstalled windows. finally got everything up and runing. I got most of my bios stuff worked out but I have a few questions, that I couldn't find answers to.
Under Memory config:
what is TRFC, TWR, TRWT, and 2t command?

Under Hypertransport:
what is HT Tristate, and CRC Flood?

Under Power Settings:
Suspend mode has three options, s1, s3 and s1+s3, what is s1 and s3?
also what should I set for ACPI 2.0 support and acpi apic support?

Under Hardware monitor what is Q-Fan control?

Why not download the motherboard maual?

I looked at the setup manual but it dosn't answer most of my questions, for all of the memory stuff it just tells you what you setting options are, and for everything else it only says 3 or 4 words about them.
