I have a HP 8100i CD-RW. I tried a full backup of my HD with the Disaster Recovery utility. When i try to test ,as recommened, it returns error message. At the A:> prompt i type "Recover" and it returns the following error "Could not Create or access directory C:\Emergency.99" then aborts. anyone know what the problem could be?? I have Norton system works installed also, could this be creating the problem? Thanks in advance for any help!!

The Drive overlay program that came with my IBM HD has to boot first.duuuhh http://www.sysopt.com/forum/redface.gif or it cant find the drive. wow, great/timly response time from HP!
Now... if i could just get the HD activity indicator to stop blinking.hehe
