Does anyone have any info on a Toshiba SD-5272 drive? I just installed one and tried the included Nero software and cannot burn a DVD. I am trying the simplest process. I just want to create a DVD data disk. I've tried three times but all of the burns have failed. 2 of which told me at the end of the process. The third I turned off the verify and doesn't tell me that the disk is correct. I try the disk on other DVD drives and they just do not work. Sometimes confusing the PC to the point where I think it is locked up but it isn't. I think the drive is bad but I want to find out here first.
Also I tried a slower burn speed too. How does this work. I have an 8x DVD burner and bought the 8x blank DVDs. I tried once at 2.5.x and same result.
