Im running Windows 95, and I want to add the "power on password" feature, where before I can do anything on the computer, I have to enter a password... Anyone know how to add this feature to the system? The system is running Windows 95.

Not sure if this is the answer you're looking for.
If you put a shortcut to the screensaver, password protected, in your startup folder, it will do the trick.
When you boot the screensaver will startup, and to get in, you have to enter the password
Another option I know of is the bios password.
Some bios' have a power on password, that won't boot the computer until you enter the password, most in fact. This is more secure. I'm just not sure if your system has the feature. You have to go into the bios to set it up.

Check your bios for this option, most have a password at bootup option. If you go with a windoz password or screen saver type, it can be very easy to bypass. The bios password would require someone to accually open the case and clear the cmos to defeat it.
