CS Source Question

Sounds like a stupid Question but how do I know if I have the Update for CS s?

As long as you have your settings in steam set to automatically update, you'll know if you have an update when you click to play the game. It'll update itself then. The last CS: Source update i downloaded was about a week ago...there's been about 2 or 3 total so far from the time of the actual release of the beta.

the only thing I see when I play it is CS 1.6, it dosent look any diffrent when I played it a long time back, b4 CS S started.

You do realise that CS Source is the new CS coming with Half Life 2? You can only play the beta if you get Condition Zero or are in a Internet Cafe group thinghy, I think.

CS Source is not an update for CS 1.6. They are two different engines, maybe you knew this, if so, sorry.;)

Ahh yes i forgot to mention that, I was assuming you had a copy of condition zero.

And u can get it aswell if you have a ATi HL2 Coupon that came with some of the ATi video cards. :)
