How do I get my Win95 starting without having to type WIN at command prompt everytime I power on my system?

If I remember correctly, all you have to do is edit the autoexec.bat file to add the line: WIN

Or edit the msdos.sys file and remove BootGUI=0 or set it to 1 instead. You'll have to change the properties on msdos.sys from hidden, system, and read only to be able to edit it.
