USB Files...

I'm running Win95B, and have just purchased a connectix/logitech quickcamVC. I'm told i need to obtain "Microsoft USB Supplement for OSR2", to obtain files i need, but can't locate it anywhere....anyone know of where to locate, or what files it contains?
