According to the owners manual supplied with my TxProII motherboard, I should be able to power the system down from Win98. The problem is, it does not show what jumper or whatever to set. Anyone have any ideas?

If my memory serves me right your board has both AT and ATX power connections...Which are you using?....with the ATX power and Win9x when you go to shutdown your computer (start button, shutdown, and then chose shutdown and then click OK) Then Win9x closes all the windows it will poweroff your system (instead of you having to hit the power button on the front or back of your case.) Mntsnow thewsman 06-15-1999, 07:13 PM Thanks for the help Mntsnow. I am using an AT style power supply. It all makes sense now. thewsman SysOpt.com
