My Creative Labs SoundBlaster 16 also jammed
every time and the problem was high-DMA channel. I used A220 I5 D1 H5 P330 T6 but now
It can go with H1 only. My onboard SB16 clone
is disabled (I didn't like it). Now it really
works fine and HDMA channel uses Low-DMA channel. And W95 uses settings with only port, irq and dma... Blah! But still I will keep my non-Pnp card, because I don't fall into new troubles with SCSI-controller, PnP
network card and PnP soundcard...
