BIOS UPGRADE

I have an ATC-1020 430vx pci/isa mainboard
bios i430vx-2a59ga29c-00 date 27/6/96
Award modular bios v4.51g Bios ver 1.1

Can anyone tell me where to get the correct bios upgrade?
Will it addess the 8.4 HDD BIOS limit?
Will it make my computer Y2K compliant?
Can I fall back if anything should go wrong?

From the looks of the zip file, you will need to find the award flash loader somewhere on Atrend's FTP site also. There is no information whatsoever on what this bios will fix or help with. The zip file contains only the ROM image, not even a flash loader program. I'll keep looking into it, but I doubt I'll be able to find out what this bios upgrade does actually help with.
