Ebay video card.

I bought a new Jetway 9200SE 128mb Dual head on Ebay for a good price, but I notice the second monitor is a bit fuzzy now compared to the Radeon 7000 that I replaced. Is this just a bad card or possibly a driver issue. The colors seemed washed out on monitor 2 also. If I switch the monitors the problem persists so I know it's an issue with the card. Is there some tweaks I can try. Is there tweaks in the display properties that I need to look at? I'm not experienced with gaming card settings, even cheap ones.

Is it a clean install of the new drivers?

One thing to fiddle around with might be in the display properties tab "color", you can manually adjust the color and see if that helps to correct the problem.

Just out of interest, check out how man filtering capacitors are near the vga/DVI connectors of the card. Too few and you get a grainy image, too many and you can sometimes get the things you have mentioned.
