Moving OE mails

I have a client who has moved from a 98 PC to an XP PC
He wants his Outlook Express messages & address book moving to the new PC
Can I put the 98 disk in the XP PC as a second disk & import to the new Outlook Express (XP machine) ?

Can anyone give me some pointers to where I need to be looking ?
