alright, i got bored tonight so i decided to whip out my old 340 meg HD and install it in my celeron 400 system for use as a linux partition. i got it to boot up alright, no fatal errors or the likes, it recognized it in my bios. btw. specs on puter incase.

celeron 400 o/ced to 500
64megs pc100 corsair cas2
sonic impact sound
56k usr isa modem
voodoo3 2000 agp
abit bx6 rev2
5.1 gig wd hd

ok, now my problem isnt it not recognizing it in the bios. its not recognizing it in windows. no drive whatsoever. it doesnt have drive letter or nuttin. ive check numerous things.. last drive... move my cdrom drive one letter away from my last drive.. btw. the 340 meg is a slave to my 5.1 gig. just need a little input in how i can get it to recognize in win98.

nevermind, i found out the problem. i forgot that it was already a linux partition so it couldnt be read by windows/dos. thanks tho, without this board i wouldnt be able to think out loud without someone beating me.
