I have a Crystal Reports Server. It connects to our Oracle database and everything works fine.
We have a minor annoyance that I was wondering if someone could help me with. The Report Server documentation and searching the web reveals that it is possible to add a refresh button to the server to allow reports to be refreshed. I can not make this button show up.
I have the asp scripts setup to show the button, and can read information in the help files. Without this button I am forced to close my report and run it again. I must supply my credentials and report parameters everytime I want to see the report.
Some places state I have to set an option in Crystal Reports when I make the report, but I have not found it. Other documentation states I can run an application called WEBCONF.EXE but I do not have the application so I am confused about how to set this option up.
Does anyone know where I should look in CR9 or RAS9 to set up the option to allow report refreshing?
