Hello,

I have a Toshiba Satellite 3005-S307 P3M 1.13 GHz 256 RAM, etc.
It goes heat fast and the fan starts running 10 seconds after I start it and keep on restaring (the fan) each 3 to 5 seconds. Its noise is very annoying.

I was thinking of changing the cpu fan, that is to get a better one.
I opened my notebook and all I can see is
AT 88M32N000REX00R
90.12.19 CD

What do you think I can do to fix this issue?

By the way, what price can I ask if I want to sell it?

Thank you

Don't even think of changing it.

Looks like (from the specs) that it's an old Labtop, it might be due for some repairs.

you can get a replacement, but I highly doubt you can find an upgrade. the toshiba fans are thermally controlled, so they aren't supposed to be on 24/7.
