Norton System 2001 Deletion

Want to install norton system 2003 w/ ghost and the virus scan, but will not install till I delete the earlier version and it will not remove from my system which is XP-Pro.

I want to ghost a hdd drive which is 30 Gig to a 160 gig, and I guess ghost 2001 will not support transfer.
