Intel Pentium IV 3.2E 800 FSB (1MB) S775 RETAIL. Couple of things I would want to know, first what is the "E" beside the 3.2? Is it worse or better then normal 3.2 GHZ? If I get it, it would be $419.95 Canadian, is that worth the price?

E is just the model series, for example "C" was socket 478 with 800MHz FSB. "E" has the 800MHz FSB but comes in socket 775 flavor, you'll need a compatible motherboard.

C = Northwood core

E = Prescott core

Not sure what the story in "D" is.
