I got a problem,

Since i installed my ISDN internal PCI card, it has a
conflict with my SB Live!.
They both use IRQ 5, Windows98 says there are no conflics.
But when the soundcard is used i hear clicks.

I can't get windows to change any IRQ's.
I got an ABIT BH6, bios JJ.

Can anyone help me?

reboot

Remove the SB in Device manager.
Shut down.
Remove the SB card.
Restart.
Shut down.
Insert the SB.
Restart.
Install drivers.

If that doesn't work, do the same process with the ISDN card. Try the ISDN in another slot.
Cheers, Jim

thanx for the response!

First i wanted to try another BIOS.
I went to the FAQ on the ABIT site, there was an entry with if you had probems with IRQ assignments.
It said that PCI cards that need an IRQ, such as SCSI, sound and modem should be placed in PCI slot 2 and 3.
Well it worked!
