Unable to boot new motherboard

I have just fitted a new mainboard to my PC, an Elitegroup P5SD-B+ with a AMD K6 233 CPU, the machine boots normaly past H/D Detection but then hangs on summary screen which display's rubbish, any ideas, please help!

Sounds like you have a resource conflict, (IRQ,ect.) remove all your unnecessary I/O cards leaving just the video card and if you have a seperate controller card for the Hard Drive (SCSI or DMA66 ect.) then reboot, if it boots, then shut down and one at a time start adding cards, until it won't boot, then change to resources of problem card in mobo BIOS or try rearranging the cards in the PCI slots
