Can anyone tell me how to find out who made my motherboard?

Post a full description of it, include # & type of slots, CPU type, memory slots, any ID #'s on it, and anything else distinctive. Somebody here will have ideas, but the more info you give, the better answer you'll get.

When you boot up it should say the chipset and model.
For example p5I430TX Titanium IB+ or
p6I440BX B1S. Right before the memory count
The first part is the chipset and the second is the model.
Then if you put that in a search engine you should come up with something.
If you remove the cover, the board might have a sticker of the manufacturer on which should help locate the model on his page.
If you dont find anything on a search engine post the name here and someone might know it.
If its a relatively new one it shouldnt be so hard.
