Printer Driver keeps disappearing or corrupted

I need your help on finding out what it is happening with this printer driver.
Information:
Printer: HP laser 4000 running on a windows NT 4.0 Server, share for printing.

Problem: Every few days the printer driver gets corrupted or disappear from the server. The only solution we could come up with is by reinstalling the driver and it will work for a few day or maybe a few weeks and then it will disappear again.

I Tried: Reinstalling the laters drivers: didnt work. I search for help on HP Web site: didn't work or could not find any information. we tried sharing the printer with another name: (stupid tried but we had to) didn't work.

Any help you can supply will be appreciated.

Seems that it NT that is losing it's info? I really don't know about the bugs in NT, but maybe that's it? Have you installed any of the service packs?
